A Great B&B with Breakfast Option
I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Yorktown and had a wonderful experience. The guest room I stayed in, called the Patriot, was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The owners, Amy and Paul, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I had the option to enjoy a delicious breakfast, which I highly recommend. The surrounding grounds were beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to the heart of Yorktown and its attractions. I can't wait to return for another enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Marl Inn Bed And Breakfast.

The staff were very very helpful and amicable and assisted with free parking. Exceptionally comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making machines in the room. Great food, delicious breakfast. Location near to American Rev museum and the battlefield or American Rev museum and points in between and the boardwalk, beach, and local shops.

We got excellent value for our money with a perfectly appointed upstairs suite and beautiful gardens to enjoy. The location was spot-on, with easy access to the boardwalk, beach, and local shops. The staff, especially Amy and Paul, were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be a more diverse menu in the mornings.

The owner was friendly and helpful. Nice amenities in the room. Very clean, quiet, and great location. A/C worked great. Plus nice little extras like a Keurig machine with coffee, complimentary bottled waters, and tasty treats in the room. Detailed recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
Nothing negative to say.

Convenient & Comfortable
Stayed for a business trip and the location was just perfect for my needs. It's easily accessible and just a short walk away from a variety of shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was a nice bonus and was very satisfying. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel's amenities were a bit limited, but nothing major. The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and sometimes dropped, which was a bit frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B, definitely one of the best I've experienced. The communication with Amy, the owner, was flawless and she made me feel incredibly welcomed. The upstairs suite was perfectly appointed with everything in tiptop shape, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I was able to easily walk to the waterfront, beach, and local shops. Being within walking distance of the historical battlegrounds was a major highlight of my stay. The owners took great care of the beautiful gardens and paid attention to every detail. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing nice amenities in the room like a Kuerig machine with coffee and even toothpaste and toothbrushes upon arrival. The breakfast served was exceptional with options like asparagus omelet and awesome French toast. Fresh fruit, coffee, and juice were also provided, all served on patriotic dinnerware.
Could not be improved in any way.
